The Tripleswitch Satisfaction Guarantee


We want you to feel great about making the switch. If you’re not satisfied with your Tripleswitch brews, you may return them for a full refund under the terms below.

Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The guarantee applies to Tripleswitch beverages purchased directly from our website.
  • At least 75% of the product must remain to be eligible for return, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

How It Works

  1. Contact our support team at info@tripleswitchbrewing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What’s Not Covered

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees.
  • Frozen product.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Repeat purchases
  • Subscription renewals
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers
  • Orders returned without prior authorization

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned items are received.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, or abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee.

We will credit the original purchase price to the card used for purchase, or replace the product with a similar product.
