The Tripleswitch Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel great about making the switch. If you’re not satisfied with your Tripleswitch brews, you may return them for a full refund under the terms below.
Eligibility
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The guarantee applies to Tripleswitch beverages purchased directly from our website.
- At least 75% of the product must remain to be eligible for return, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
How It Works
- Contact our support team at info@tripleswitchbrewing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What’s Not Covered
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees.
- Frozen product.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Repeat purchases
- Subscription renewals
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
- Orders returned without prior authorization
Refund Timing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned items are received.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, or abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tripleswitchbrewing.com, with a photo of the product as it arrived.
We will credit the original purchase price to the card used for purchase, or replace the product with a similar product.
