Refund Policy
  • Please review this refund policy carefully.
  • We have a 30-day return policy on products which arrive defective or damaged from our E-commerce store.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@tripleswitchbrewing.com, with a photo of the product as it arrived.
  • We will credit the original purchase price to the card used for purchase, or replace the product with a similar product.
  • I would consider setting up a new email address specifically for this.  Not a big issue now, but it may be in the future.
